2.0, the sequel of 2010 blockbuster Enthiran, is one of the biggest expected movies not just in Kollywood, but all over India.
The combo of Rajini, Shankar and AR Rahman has come together for this flick again. Adding to the cast is Bollywood hero Akshay Kumar.
As grand as the movie is the first look poster, which was released in a big manner at an event in Mumbai on Sunday.
Talking on the occassion, the Superstar said that Akshay is the actual hero of the movie and lauded his hardwork. “If I had been given a choice I would have loved to do the role which Akshay has done,” Rajini said.
Director Shankar said that 2.0 was like climbing Mt Everest with already having a Mt Everest on your shoulders.
Three first look posters of the movie, one with Rajini as Chitti, one with Akshay Kumar as Dr Richard and another with both were released during the event yesterday.
Sharing screen space with Rajini for the first time, Akshay said that it was his belief in the script that made him confident. “I have never done make up for my movies till now, but I think I have compensated for all of that by putting makeup for three hours for my role in 2.0,” Akshay said.
