Tollywood Hero and Hindupur TDP MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna has a narrow escape on Wednesday when the car he was traveling in hit the road divider en route to Bangalore.
The accident took place when the actor was going to Bangalore in a car from Hindupur after attending the meet to distribute clearance of farm loans documents (Rythu Runa Mafi) and to discuss about other development activities. The mishap occurred near Bhagepally in Karnataka. Though the vehicle suffered minor damage, the hero escaped unhurt.
The accident took place when the driver tried to overtake a lorry and suddenly found some cattle on the road. In a bid to avoid hitting them, the driver hit the road divider. However, Balakrishna is safe without any injuries.
The damaged car was removed to the side of the way and the actor was taken to Bangalore in another car. For the past three days, Balakrishna toured various parts in his constituency and headed for Bangalore.
Balakrishna is currently working for his 100th film Goutamiputra Satakarni, which is being directed by Krish.
