Telugu Actor Rajendra Prasad has defeated actress Jayasudha by 87 votes to become new president of Movie Artists Association (MAA). MAA President post has been going unopposited for many years. But, there was a stiff competetion and war of words between Rajendra Prasad and Jaya Sudha.
Ex President Murali Mohan has openly supported Jayasudha whereas Nagababu was only the big name who came all out to support Rajendra Prasad. Sivaji Raja and Kadambari Kiran who have been helping hands among poor artists are in Rajendra Prasad’s panel and have been debating on TV channels convincingly.
